  • ADKAR:
    • Awareness - aware of need for change
    • Desire to participate
    • Knowledge of how to change
    • Ability to do it (time, leadership buy-in)
    • Reinforcement - how to make change stick

Will take longer at first, then better

Three phases: Prepare, Enact, Maintain

Peer champion - tell people:

  • "You are our champion of this area."

or

  • "We have an important role for you to play."
